Karlygash Yessenbayeva

In 2011-2014, she worked at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, holding various positions.

In 2011-2012, in the Bologna Process Department, she participated in the development of modular educational programmes and the coordination of international accreditation.

In 2012-2013, in the Development and Academic Policy Department, she was engaged in monitoring the implementation of the university’s strategy and preparing data for international rankings.

In 2014, in the Department of International Cooperation, she supervised exchange programmes, international grant projects and cooperation with partner universities.

Later, in the same year, she worked at the Center for the Bologna Process and Academic Mobility of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where she was engaged in analytical research and preparation of reports, monitoring academic mobility programmes, publishing the information and analytical journal Higher School of Kazakhstan, participated in the organization of trainings and seminars.

Since 2014, she continued her professional career at the Centre for Educational Programmes, a branch of AEO “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools”, held the positions of senior manager, project manager, expert, and since 2024 – head of department.
