About Us

Center for Educational Programmes was founded on the 1st of February, 2012 and consists of the following departments: Department of Natural and Mathematical sciences, Department of Linguistics, Department of Humanities and Complex Aesthetic Department, Financial-Economic Department, Organizational-Administrative Department. The Director of the Center for Educational Programmes is Abdildina Zh.N. The Center for Educational Programmes is the provider of Integrated Educational and subject programmes considering the best national and international educational standards, providing the scientific and methodological support, monitoring, and implementation into the practice of the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools with the future sharing experience to the state schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 


 

 

Zhanar Abdildina

Director of NIS Center for Educational Programs

Zhanar Abdildina graduated from Kirov Kazakh State University as a Chemistry Teacher in 1987.  She worked as a Chemistry Teacher at Gymnasium School #4, Ekibastuz, Physics Teacher at Komarov Secondary School, Shantobe, and the Head of Stepnogorsk Education Department.

2009 – 2012, Director of Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics, Kokshetau.

Director of NIS Center for Educational Programs since February 2012.

In 2003, Zhanar Abdildina became a member of Stepnogorsk Maslikhat.  

Awarded with two grants by the Soros International Fund in the period 2003 to 2006.

December 2011, she took part in the celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a member of the Akmola Region Official Delegation in Astana.

Zhanar Abdildina has taken part in republican and international workshops and trainings. She has received the University of Pennsylvania Advanced training course in school management, and a variety of training courses such as: Modern requirements to school education in natural sciences, Integrated lesson methodology, IB approaches and practices in chemistry teaching, Introduction to competency-based pedagogy, Developing children creativity in natural sciences, New methods in foreign language teaching, Developing training delivery skills, and High-quality management. She holds a European trainer school certificate. Zhanar Abdildina has taken part in the Current issues in developing teacher professional competency in Kazakhstani innovative schools workshop; and the NIS management group development program workshop, with the participation of CIE experts. Zhanar Abdildina has taken part in the 10th International research and practice conference Role of non-state education in economy development, held by the Republican association of private educational organizations; and the International research and practice conference Innovations in education: researches and solutions, held by Altynsarin Academy of Education.    

Zhanar Abdildina has received an Honored Worker of Education award pin; a Duty and Honor award pin for the fruitful contribution to the Afghanistan Veteran Movement in Stepnogorsk; an Akim of Kokshetau honorary certificate; and, letters of gratitude from the Akmola Education Department and Akmola Institute for Further Training in Education.

Zhanar Abdildina speaks the Kazakh, Russian, and English languages. 

 


 

 Gulnara Salmenova

Deputy Director of NIS Center for Educational Programs.

Education:

Gulnara has been working at NIS Center for Educational Programs since 11 April 2016. 

She started her working career in 2008 as an English Teacher at Eurasian Institute of Humanities College.

2012 to 2016, Gulnara worked at NIS Astana in the positions of a Tutor, English Teacher, and a Middle Years Program Coordinator.

 Arailym Magzumova

Deputy Director of NIS Center for Educational Programs.

Education: 1) Bachelor of Chemistry, Buketov Karaganda State University;

2) Master in Chemical Technology of Organic Matters, Buketov Karaganda State University.

PhD in Chemistry.

Arailym Magzumova has been working at Center for Educational Programs since  11 June 2012. Deputy Director for Experience Translation since 1 July 2016.

She started her working career in 2007 as a Chemistry Teacher at Daryn Boarding School Karaganda. She also worked as a Research Associate at the Department of Science and International Relations, Zhansugurov Zhetysu State University.


 

 

Dulatbek Adykhanov

Deputy Director of NIS Center for Educational Programs.

Education: Graduate degree, Accounting and Audit, Economist Accountant, Seifullin Akmola Agricultural Institute.

Dulatbek Adykhanov has been working at Center for Educational Programs since 2012. He became Head Financial and Administration Department on 25 May 2015.

Dulatbek Adykhanov started his working career in 1993 as an Accountant at Kiev Multi-Activity Public Utility Enterprise.

Zhanabai Abuov

Head of Linguistic Department, NIS Center for Educational Programs.

         Education: Graduate degree, Teacher of Kazakh Language and Literature, Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University.

    Zhanabai Abuov has been working at Center for Educational Programs since September 3, 2015.

         He started his working career in 2004 as a teacher of Kazakh language and literature in the Turkestan Kazakh-Turkish Lyceum, Kentau. During the period 2007 to 2008, Deputy Director for Educational Work, the Turkestan Kazakh-Turkish Lyceum. From 2008 to 2011, Deputy Director for Studies, the Turkestan Kazakh-Turkish Lyceum. From 2011 to 2012, Deputy Director at the Astana-Dostyk Educational Center. From April 2012 to June 2014, Senior Manager, Linguistic Department, NIS Center for Educational Programs. During the period June 2014 to January 2015, Senior Manager, Department for Educational Policy and Programs, NIS AEO. From January to August 2015, he was Deputy Director, Department of Preschool and Secondary Education, Information Technology, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Toybek Aubakirov

Head ofScience and Mathematics Department, NIS Center for Educational Programs.

Education: Graduate degree, Mechanical Engineer, STANKIN Moscow State Technological Institute.

Candidate of Physics and Mathematics Sciences.

Toybek Aubakirov has been working at Center for Educational Programs since 21 February 2012. He worked as a Mathematics Teacher at NIS Kokshetau from September 2010 to February 2012.

Toybek Aubakirov started his working career in 1977 as a Mathematician Programmer at Akmola Civil Engineering Institute. He worked at the Institute as an Advanced Mathematics Department Lecturer until November 1982. Toybek Aubakirov received a postgraduate training in the field of Probability and Mathematical Statistics at MSU Department of Mechanics and Mathematics in the period 1982 to 1985. Lecturer at Buketov Karaganda State University, December 1985 to September 2007. Received a doctorate training in the field of Mathematical Analysis at Buketov Karaganda State University, 2005. September 2007 to August 2008, Docent at Mathematics and Methods of Teaching Department. August 2008 to August 2010, Dean of Physics and Mathematics Department, Ualikhanov Kokshetau State University.

He received an Honorary Worker of Education award pin from the Ministry of Science and Education for the achievements in Education, in 2013.

    Ardak Yerzhanova has been working at Center for Educational Programs since 1 July 2016.

    Ardak Yerzhanova started her working career in 2009 as a Senior Specialist at Committee on Statistics, Astana.

Gulnara Zhadrina

Head of Editorial Department, NIS Center for Educational Programs.

Education: Graduate degree, Chemistry and Biology Teacher, Kazakh Pedagogical Institute.

NIS-system worker since 2012, Gulnara Zhadrina has been working at Center for Educational Programs (hereinafter the Center) since 1 July 2016.

Gulnara started her working career in 1984 as a Chemistry and Biology Teacher at Ungurtas Village Comprehensive School, Almata Region. 1993 to 1996, she was a Junior Research Associate at the Chemistry and Biology Teaching Laboratory, Altynsarin Kazakh Institute for Education Issues. In the period 1996 to 1999, Gulnara received a postgraduate training from Altynsarin Kazakh Institute for Education Issues. 1999 to 2001, Research Associate, Institute of Professional Education, Altynsarin Academy of Education. 2001 to 2005, Senior Research Associate, School for Textbook Authors Science and Methodology Center, Mektep Publishing House Ltd.  She headed the Science and Methodology Department of the Taymas Publishing House for 6 years. From 2014 to 2016, Head of Content Development Department, Educational Resource Centre Private Entity.

The Integrated Curriculum textbooks, grades 1 and 2, were developed and published under Gulnara’s supervision. She authored the Grade 1 Menin Ortam and the Grade 2 Korshgan Orta, language immersion Learner Book and Learner Workbook.

Seitmoldinov Darkan Nazarbekovich - works at the branch Center for Educational Programs of the NIS AEO since June 15, 2015.

He began his career in 2003 as a teacher of technology at the secondary school No. 20 in the city of Semei.

Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, a degree in Regional Studies and Foreign Languages (Translator, English and French). 

NIS-system worker since 2009, Olga Kovtunets has been working at Center for Educational Programs since 1 July 2016.  

Olga has significant experience in working under various educational project in Kazakhstan. She also has abroad working experience gained at organizations in Russia and the UK.
